She is skilled in individual and family counseling with children, adolescents, and adults. Wendy uses a holistic approach to counseling, helping individuals strive towards wellness. She has training and experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma therapy, sandtray therapy, play therapy, motivational interviewing, behavior management, and family therapy.
